Also, it’s great for SEO because people will spend more time on your Google Listing. Which indicates to Google it is a quality Listing.
2. Respond To Every Review
Do this to connect with the customer. And replying allows you to show the personality of your business to the thousands or tens of thousands of potential customers looking at your Google reviews.
Remember, make positive reviews personal to that specific customer!
3. Download The Google My Business App
The App is being updated by Google. Use the App to respond the reviews in a timely manner.
The “My Business” app is available for both Apple and Android.
4. Get Negative Reviews
Research show the most trustworthy review amount is about 4.5 out of 5 stars.
100 reviews that have 5 out of 5 stars looks sketchy to potential customers. It means the business owner is incentivizing or filtering negative reviews.
Similarly, if the business has a review low rating, that makes me think something poor is going on with the business.
You want to have your review rating in the middle!
5. Get Different Types Of Reviews
Encourage customers to mention the type of service or product they purchased with your business.
This will help potential customers relate to the review and build additional trust with them.
Consider handing out cards that give customers direction on how to leave a review for your business.
